Our brownies have a shelf-life of up to 10 days in a cool cupboard, and 2-3 weeks if refrigerated. They last for 3 months if frozen and stay in perfect condition.
However you store them, make sure they are very well wrapped.
We recommend allowing around 2-3 bites per person (or 3-4 if they really love brownies!).

Yes, our brownies can be frozen for up to 3 months. This is the perfect way to store them and just take out however many bites you need at a time. They only take an hour or so to defrost and if you are really peckish you can even eat them 5 mins out of the freezer. This is great in summer!! Think frozen margaritas vs regular!
As this varies from product to product, all nutritional info is listed on the product page itself along with allergens and ingredients.
Many of our products do not contain nut ingredients so if you don't love nuts, we've got you covered!
However, we cannot guarantee a fully nut free product due to where the product is made as there may always be traces.

Yes, unless otherwise stated on the product page, all our
products are vegetarian (even the Red Velvet!)
Our brownies do not contain any meat and do not contain
alcohol as a final ingredient so for most people they are halal friendly. The
gold shimmer that is used on our Gold Medal Salted Caramel and Faux-rerro
flavour brownies contains alcohol as the propellant but this evaporates
after application so there should be no alcohol left in the final product. We
understand that for many schools of Islamic thought this use of alcohol is
permitted as the alcohol is a carrier and its primary purpose is not consumption
or intoxication.
All our regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, and soya, with possible traces of nut. Detailed allergen and ingredient information can be found on the actual product page if you scroll down the descriptor.
Not at the moment but stay tuned as we are always on the lookout on how we can make this work!
No, they aren't – we aren't a nut-free kitchen, so traces of nuts are impossible to avoid.
However, many of our products do not contain nut ingredients so if you haven't got a nut allergy, but you just don't like nuts, we've got you covered!
Our brownies are always vegetarian unless stated otherwise.
Our Jaffa Cake brownies use a syrup in the recipe that contains a small amount of alcohol.
The gold shimmer that is used on our salted caramel and hazelnut brownies contains alcohol as the propellant, but this evaporates after application so there should be no alcohol left in the final product.
