Easy, affordable and utterly delicious - here's a recipe you need to try. It'll only take 10 mins, we promise!
What you'll need
- A box of your fave Bad Brownie Bites (we used our Solo Stars - Triple Chocolate Brownie Bites Box)
- Your preferred ice cream flavour
- 50g of a good quality Dark
- Chocolate
- Sprinkles of your choice
The Method
The Method
- Grab 2 Brownie bites
- Add a spoon of ice cream to a brownie and sandwich together.
- Prepare the chocolate drizzle by melting 50g of Dark Chocolate in the microwave. Melt in stages of 30 seconds, stirring each time to ensure the mixture is smooth.
- Dip the sandwiched bites in melted Dark Chocolate.
- Dip in the sprinkles of your choice.
- Leave in the freezer to set for 10 mins and enjoy!
