Cute scary and tasty all in one moreish bite sized brownie

Don’t let Halloween give you the heebie-jeebies! Get your spooky snacks ready to cast a spell on all the ghouls and goblins!

What you'll need

- Leftover brownie, around 300g cut into 12 pieces

- White chocolate broken or chopped into small pieces, 200g

- Pairs of small candy eyes, 12 pairs (24 in total)

The Method

1.     Get yourself some leftover brownies (we know that is a difficult ask - so you can just make a batch up quickly, even a packet mix, shhh!)

2.     Roll brownies into balls that are slightly smaller than a golf ball (tip: slightly oil your hands or wear gloves to avoid the worst of the stickiness) and then pop into the fridge to set and cool

3.     Meanwhile melt the white chocolate in a microwave in short 15 second blasts, stirring in-between or, in a bowl over a pan of boiling water ensuring the bowl never touches the water below

4.     Coat the chilled brownie balls (don’t worry if they aren’t very cold) with white chocolate, working quickly to make sure the chocolate doesn’t set before the balls are covered and put back into the fridge for 10-15 mins or freezer for 5 mins – basically until its fully set

5.     Warm up the chocolate if necessary to get it to a stage where it can be drizzled and then using a spoon or spatula, drizzle generously all over the brownie balls, working in rings around the balls – you can be as creative and freestyle as you want but make sure there are lots of strips and drizzles of chocolate horizontally running across the face of the balls

6.     Before the chocolate stripes set, place a couple of eyes onto the front of the balls and then leave to set

7.     Last step – devour with an evil laugh, MWAHAHAHA!
